Setup wizard on Pi4 stuck with set CPU freq after changing to 500

Ok, so I downloaded the 1.7.3 from Github and I was able to past the gpio issue. But when booting and running the latest version of Octoprint, The LED's flash white. I see this was probably a CPU speed issue. So I changed the core clock to 500 and deleted the 250, but each time I reboot, the damned setup wizard comes up wanting me to set the cpu speed to 250...
