Add support for heating progress animation

Requested here. Would be nice to see heating progress on the LEDs.

@EricHigdon Just having the ability to set the current set of LEDs to BLUE (arbitrary colour) and then slowly cycle through to RED (arbitrary colour), then switch the 'printing status' setting once heated would be very welcomed personally. And if the hotend is heating without 'printing', then the LEDs should remain on the 'heated' colour (i.e, RED). Thanks
