Question on double-check difference

Hi @EricGuo5513 Thank you for providing such a great dataset. I was doing preprocessing and went through the double-check steps you provided. I got the following results and I was wondering if the difference is negligible or if I am not on the right track.

I get a similar deviation. Seems to me from the response above it isn't a big concern.
