Check data error in cal_mean_variance

Hi, I got exactly the same problem as #16 in motion_representation: Here is the output of motion_representation, just the same as #16 and #12

However, for cal_mean_variance.ipynb, the error seems large:

Is this normal or something goes wrong?

I also visualize the animation of generated data 012314.npy and the given 012314.npy, the results look same and seem to match with the text description. It's really weird that the error of mean and variance is so large...

Exactly same error in motion_representation, but with in cal_mean_variance.ipynb btw: a warning occurred while running motion_representation, not encountered in .ipynb file. Does this matters?
