I find even though the sum of abs difference is large, the maximum value is small. Is this acceptable?

For cal_mean_variance.ipynb

Are those errors in the normal range?

Hi, it is kind of weird. The mean variance seem to be in the normal range. While the sum for reference1 and reference2 are kind of large. Could you visualize yours and the provided and see if they are visually different?
