Does this plugin still work with the latest Homebridge update?

I loaded this plug-in, added settings, and tried multiple different ports...but I can not get a single port to open and actually show this Homebridge-Display. This is all internal over LAN, all computers are on the same WiFi, and I can get to the actual Homebridge port from all the same computers.
