[Suggestion]: Un whitelist on rank loss

So we are able to limit who can whitelist on the bot with server ranks, how about adding a check on server boot to see if said player still has the rank? So if we have a donator only server, and the donation rank is timed, when the rank is lost, so is server access. Of course there should be an option to use this or not with a true/false before setting the rank ids.
