About ChannelIDs

Hi there, I'd like to ask a bit of clarification on how to set up the channelID setting to ["00"]? I've tried adding it on the string on one of the commands with \"channelIDs\":[\"00\"] The server launches normally when I set it like that but I can't seem to run the command associated with that string on a different channel from where the bot is placed. The config instruction says: Set to ["00"] to allow from all channels So I'm assuming it makes the bot recognize the command from channels outside from it. I'd like to ask if am I missing something?
