[FEATURE]Add Item Type: Faction

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. No problem, I just noticed the Organization Item type and got excited about the idea of tracking my factions on their own sheets instead of a hodge-podge UI of drawings, tiles and Monk's active Tiles.

It's part of the KTB book, so, maybe necessary to gate behind the KTB lcp?

Describe the solution you'd like I would like an item type called Faction that has the following features:

• A way to enter and save Faction Type and Faction Subtype (ktb p. 109) Likely just text boxes, but maybe dropdowns.
• A 9-pip color coded Faction Status indicator, only one pip may be selected/filled, by default the 5th pip is filled.
• $${\color{red}⬡⬡⬡⬡}$$ $${\color{white}⬢}$$ $${\color{blue}⬡⬡⬡⬡}$$ (example colors, horid, do not use)
• Two buttons, 'Roll Faction Aid' and 'Roll Faction Interference' that note Faction Status.
  • May be nice to lock the buttons depending on Faction Status? 'Aid' locks at less than 0, 'Interference' locks at greater than 0 (both are available at 0)
  • These rolls are 1d6kh1 per point of faction status, unless status is 0, then roll 2d6kl1
  • visually tie the buttons and faction status together, since they are related.
• A single-pip, boolean Stock indicator
• A section for Faction ratings with roll buttons that respect the faction rating indicators and a way to save faction assets.
• 3 each Roll buttons, 4-pip indicators, for Faction Ratings (Might, Influence, Subterfuge (ktb. 120))
