[FEATURE] Add Core Bonuses and Counters to mech sheets

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. In order to see core bonuses and counters you must open the pilot sheet. Since these are primarily related to mech combat, it creates an extra layer to go through when referencing them mid-combat.

Describe the solution you'd like Add counters and core bonuses to the talents tab of the mech sheet, and rename the tab accordingly.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.

Would it be worthwhile to work on this feature before we deprecate machine-mind? Or would it be better to hold off until we’ve completely replaced mm?

Probably better to wait, or there's going to be some nasty merge conflicts to resolve.
