[FEATURE] Rollable Tags

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A number of things have rollable tags, which currently can be manually set but it'd be real nice to have a way to automatically roll those

Describe the solution you'd like Right click -> Roll Which automatically gets triggered on Full Repair? Maybe not, but I don't think there are any current exceptions to that...

To do this properly we'd need a property added to Tags, something like Rollable_Value, which could be later consumed for this ( @whitespine ). Could just be set to 0 if a rollable string isn't detected (probably just look for contains "d"?)
