fix inventory sorting to utilize burnable items list

Expand fuel options for turtle refueling beyond coal by introducing a burnable items list.

plz replace "...the turtle won't store any coal..." with "...the turtle won't store any fuel..." in config looks good otherwise

I just remembered that coal is mentioned a bunch of times in the repo readme. That needs to be updated too
