Continued Scan and Monitor Maintenance Until September

Overview

@azdak proposed three months of continued Scan and Monitor maintenance for $2800/mo. That will include any bug fixes, issues, support, and enhancements. We'll continuously review updates, with a big review in September.

I will assign this to myself to keep track of updates, but anyone else can add feedback that we'll continuously respond to and review in September.
