Addressing caseness of some files and linux compatablity.

to address issue: case sensitivity issues with linux #1024 I changed the folder Epoch_server_RyanZ_Spawner in sources to lowercase and post removed files from the old cased folder manually, excuse the mess please. I'm still trying to learn git.

Changed all folder names in Sources/mpmissions to be lowercase. I hope this doesn't cause anyone a headache, I merged current upstream experimental before renaming the folders. Please be patient, I'm very new to app development in general and git especially.
