Make a better fallback module and add it to master

This adds a better and more dynamic ACMI module to master.

This allows directly merging master to fallback branch and then just adding CriticalMode = true inside Server.lua server variable definition, making updating fallback branch a lot easier. (Outside of deleting unnecessary files, which is very easy to do) It also makes Adonis one cohesive project instead of two different branches that cannot be easily converted over.
