When a user runs Orion, it should print out something like:

you are using the Algorithm {name}, please include the following citation in your publication

{algo.citation_string}

Researchers building their own implementation and pipeline for HPO may get less citations if they embed their algo in a framework like Orion. The citation string aims to solve this problem.
