Period in Open File dialog path causes debug info to not match

I accidentally fat-fingered an extra period at the end of a folder path when navigating to a source file in the Open File dialog. However after typing a slash the Open File dialog did actually open the folder and I selected my file. This mostly seemed fine except that my breakpoints in the file were not working. After checking for other issues I realized it probably was caused by that extra period in the path.
