0.9.16 broke text rendering on Windows 7.

0.9.15 works just fine on Windows 7, but since 0.9.16 (including 0.9.17), text does not render. Every other part of the UI appears to work fine, including animations.

I had never ran raddbg before, so it would have been whatever defaults were there.

default.raddbg_user.txt

This file was generated when running 0.9.17 (I ran it before trying 0.9.15). I hope this is what was meant by configuration file.
