UE to Rigify - Add Autofitting option for metarig

  • Addon: i.e UE to Rigify
  • Workflow: i.e. If the Remapping is completed,the rigify‘s metarig can auto fit UE’s rig don't need to edit every rig again.
  • Description: i.e. I think this function can save lots of time.Sometimes we have many characters with the same template.The differents is only bone's location rotation and scale.We need too edit the same Armature again and again this time,and every character need save a single preset.
  • If can auto fit bone by mapping,we need only one preset can fit every character with the same armeture template.My Engils is not very well.I find a video something like that,it's TingJoyBits's addon named'Armature Templates',maybe can help you understand it.

@1405100494 this is something I was thinking of as well, and would be nice to have. The Male and female mannequin, share the same bone names, just not the same location. This is the same for the different metahuman bodies, so I think a autofit option would be nice.

Any plans to implement this feature? I would be intrested to have it as well. I'm currently working with vroid models, they have similar base bone structure but can have different proportions and there could be some additional bones for clothes/hair, it would be great if one template could fit all bodies automatically without the need to realign metarig
