Attaching to processes that requires admin privileges silently fails.

Nothing seemed to happen when I attached to our game process but I realized all that was needed was running raddbg.exe as admin. Might be a nice Msg / Popup if it fails to attach due to privileges like other debuggers. It still says attached in green at the bottom
