Heavy load in the new Spigot version

In the latest spigot version CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-065a373-7ef2b20 (MC: 1.14.4) (Implementing API version 1.14.4-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

I now have almost 10 % server utilization with Shopchest.

otherwise it was always 0,2 -0,5 % load. What could be the reason?

One day later the values are still so high despite restarting in the night and only 3 players on the server

I am experiencing heavy load on my paperspigot server as well.

For information there are only 10 shops created on the whole server

it's getting worse and worse.
