[Suggestion] Shop Taxation

Hi, firstly, really nice plugin!

That being said I have a suggestion that could be useful. Would it be possible to implement a way for shops to effectively "time out" if a player cannot continue to pay an upkeep tax on it.

And example would be that I wish to set up a player market of sorts, however I don't wish players who are no longer active and/or have nothing of value to sell using up the slots, so the idea is they will be taxed everyday a configurable amount to use the chests if they then run out of money it will automatically remove them from the chest as the owner of the shop and revert it back to it's original state.

It'd be super useful if this could be implemented :)

I'm not sure if it would fit your needs, but my team is currently trying out AreaShop. Basically player can rent an area for $ x for y days. They can renew the rental or if they do not it is cleared and can be rented by others.
