Ability to edit shops

Would be nice being able to edit shops (price/quantity or even item) or get money back when removing a shop.

But then it should be a setting and not a fixed thing.

Maybe: /shop edit <amount> <buyprice> <sellprice> + rightclick on shop. But this should also be configurable to cost something.
