Issue: TTV Tools causes huge amounts of overhead

Describe the bug

TTV Tools tends to cause overhead in the GB range: 1-8GB. That is entirely too much. This is especially prevalent on the tab with "Live Reminders" enabled.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to any TTV Tools window
  2. Wait 1 - 5mins
  3. Hover over the tab's metadata (e.g. icon, title)
  4. See usage has spiked past 1GB

Expected behavior

To not eat away the user's RAM.

Additional comments

There are some portions of the extension that remove their large data caches... but they still tend to run rampant and cause significantly slower speeds. I believe this ties directly into #18.
