Pip package needs updating to v0.0.5

Pip package installs v0.0.4, which is a problem since the new tests do not work in the old version. Should be a quick fix?

pip package enzyme_ad is now updated to v0.0.6, but the README still needs updating.

After a bunch of stuff, we've now finally fixed our CI to auto release packages for python [3.10, 11, 12] x [aarch64, x86] x [linux, mac]

So all is resolved, hopefully (and sorry for the long lead time).
