Issues with Purple and Yellow color with pixel pre processing

Right now we are getting purple yellow signatures from image as extracted signature. Can we get normal cropped portion from image to use it to match with another signautures.

I am using python 3.12.0 on VS code and when I run loader.get_masks on a pdf I get an error. It has worked fine when I use a jpeg.
