版本：1.35 BUG：签名中含有中文的时候显示的是乱码。 建议：建议增加显示签名的开始时间和结束时间。

@Enyby I just took a further look.

I found all strings of the signature were stored by UTF-8 as an RSA or other signature formats.

However, the APK-Info always prints the signature information with ANSI. That is the problem.
