Windows support

Hello i am a Master Student from Austria and wanted to know if it is possible to use your panda controller with windows and PyCharm as IDE? I want to program the Panda robot for my master project and need to use windows because two other students are working on a sensor systems which should in the end trigger certain actions of the robot.
