FOODON import cleanup

The plan:

  1. FOODON:food material will be moved under material entity to remove legacy environmental material semantics. (should still work as an environmental material when needed).
  2. ENVO to remove most FOODON imported classes from its release artifact, and will point users to FOODON
  • @ddooley to add comment to FOODON:"food material" noting that this is the top of FOODON's main food product hierarchy and providing a link to the FOODON landing page (so users can hunt for more terms).
  1. ENVO to obsolete "animal feed", FOODON to create it. @ddooley please drop the IRI here so we can add it to the obsoletion metadata.
  2. Not sure what to do with plant "feed" - move to AGRO? It's not "food" in the more strict sense, more a colloquialism for nutrients that are taken up by plants, but not through a "feeding" process. Or are they? Need a botanist in the room...
