Adding axioms to plastic-related terms

As announced in previous issues, we'll be adding axioms to plastic-related terms (added by @meichen-liu and @iwilkie, reviewed by @pbuttigieg and @raissameyer) in Phase 2 of this project, which begins with this issue.

Started in #1169, where we added axioms to the following plastic related terms in ENVO:

anthropogenic litter
marine anthropogenic litter
littering
natural plastic
ghost fishing
fishing gear
entanglement process
entanglement of marine debris
coastal anthropogenic litter
plastic manufacturing process

Additionally,

we updated the placement and definition of littering, which is now under anthropogenic environmental process,
and added an editor note on entanglement of marine debris about the ambiguity of litter vs. debris.
