Add macOS icon and improve build scripts

Hey Lucas, sorry for the oversight.

  • Added td_launcher.icns for macOS app icon support and updated TD Launcher.spec to use the new icon.
  • Enhanced BUILD_mac.sh and BUILD_mac_simple.sh to activate a virtual environment if present and improved pyinstaller checks for more robust builds.

Kept the version number, and added new .dmg on my fork release. https://github.com/function-store/TD-Launcher-Crossplatform/releases/tag/v1.1.0f
