Pgadmin4 Opening Error on Mac
I got this error while opening pgadmin4.
_LSOpenURLsWithCompletionHandler() failed with error -10669. (1)
What's the installer version?
It was 17.2. I tried using 16.6, and it is working fine now.
I got the same error _LSOpenURLsWithCompletionHandler() failed with error -54.
I just got the same error from pgadmin4 using PostgreSQL version 14 after having updated my MacBook to sequoia 15.1.1 ...
PostgreSQL installers for versions 17.2, 16.6, 15.10, 14.15, 13.18 include the fix for this issue. If there are still problems then please let us know and we'll look

That's odd. I'm unable to reproduce it with 17.2 PostgreSQL installer that bundles pgAdmin 8.13 on our test MacOS 15.1 ARM64 server.

Hi, Somehow it worked, but I can't tell you exactly how. Here is what I did.
Step 1 1.1 I downloaded the 15.8 version of PostgreSQL. I ran the software and get the same error. 1.2 Then I went to my Application > pgAdmin4 > right click > read the info > and selected "Open with Rosetta". 1.3 I re-ran pgAdmin and it worked
Step 2 I didn't want to work with a later version so ; 2.1 I uninstalled the whole software, and downloaded the 17.2 version 2.2 I installed it, and I was able to launch pgAdmin4.

In my case, I simply downloaded the correct (ARM) version of pgadmin from https://www.pgadmin.org/download/pgadmin-4-macos/ and deleted the version that was put down by the installer.

I am receiving the same error as mentioned in this thread. I've installed and uninstalled the 3 latest versions multiple times with no success. I need this program to complete a class for my MBA. If I can't figure this out in the next day or so, I'm afraid I'll have to drop the class.

We do a universal build of PostgreSQL and pgAdmin on macOS supporting both the architectures. Unfortunately, pgAdmin seems to have an issue. We are unable to reproduce it at our end. Can someone run this the pgAdmin\ 4.app using spctl -a -vv option so we know if it's Gatekeeper blocking the app for a reason

@TecSachinGupta is this pgAdmin installed as a part of Postgres? Or downloaded separately from https://www.pgadmin.org/download/
