Follow the model established by BigAnimal and PGD to step people through:

  1. Installing
  2. Configuring
  3. Connecting

Leaning on existing topics although some may need enhancement (such as Connecting to your database needs a Connecting to a client section)

This could almost be an index page - really just needs paragraphs with links and then move the short example from the install instructions into these along with links out to further examples.

Quickstart should always aim to deliver a basic useful configuration which can be used for development (at least).
