document minimum s3 policy for barman cloud

I looked in the repo, but could not find a policy for barman cloud (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonS3/latest/userguide/access-policy-language-overview.html).

As per best pratice, I would like to grant only the minimum necessary permissions.
