Creating a ticket to help us track the rollout process procedures for MMIS.

This task is done when...

• [x] Brainstorm session for increasing information out to States about the rollout
• [x] One-pager that lays out the rollout process with key dates
• [ ] Implementation responsibility role defined
• [ ] State user testing list
• [x] Office Hours agendas
• [ ] Implementation responsibility role defined

Add additional labels (design, dev, compliance, BUG, etc) and size before submitting.

If the issue is needed to complete prioritized work for the CURRENT SPRINT, add it to the "This Sprint" pipeline. Otherwise, all other issues will be automatically added to the unprioritized pipeline for prioritization in backlog refinement or sprint planning with Product.
