[Bug] Side nav collapses when navigating to a new activity overview from the side nav

Description

Sidebar nav collapses when accessing the activity overview from the sidebar nav.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open an APD
  2. add an activity
  3. expand the new activity in the side nav
  4. click Activity Overview in the side nav

Expected results- The side nav should stay open and highlight as usual Actual results- Side nav resets and everything collapses
