Registration of a new application

Hello. Do we have to register this script ourselves on https://dev.twitch.tv/console/apps/create ? What in this case should I specify in the columns: owner, OAuth Redirect URL and category?

Hello

There are 3 columns: Name - any name of your application OAuth Redirect URLs - any URL. http://localhost for example Category - any category. Website Integration for example
