Translations - add Spanish translations

We need Spanish translations of each module. This issue is a placeholder for assigning people to Spanish translations of modules.

How do we go about this? would you create placeholders or copies of the existing English modules for me to translate them?

I think we need to settle on the English text first - and then do a translation round more towards the end?

I could see just duplicating the files entirely and translating the text via google translate or similar, and then asking you or whoever else can help to go through and clean it up? Likely we will end up with a master folder for each language, I would guess?
