It looks like Apple is not providing API for iCloud to read the user's email. But you can use with IMAP - https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT202304

we do need the iCloud OAuth support for authenticating the user. iOS apps without it will not be allowed on appstore right? re-opening and updating description
