This is my use case, and likely common, and it is an extra step to transcode to an AzureDevOps-supported format. Ogg/Vorbis is not supported by default.

Sidenote: Some common software such as VLC may not correctly transcode, appearing to not bother about key frames for whatever reason, causing further pain.

Handbrake works great though.
