[Transmogrification] Ability to set item/items to activate a preset

This issue is for the external plugin: Transmogrification

The idea would be upon equipping a specified piece of equipment it either activates the entire preset or uses a specified preset to get what item it should be swapped to.

If for example I equipped a graceful hood I could specify to activate preset 1, allowing me to feel a bit less guilty while using this in combat when I have to swap gear.
