[Plank Sack] Planks not subtracted when performing Mahogany Homes build actions

This issue is for the external plugin: Plank Sack Plugin version: 1.3.2

Since today's update that removed the furniture creation menu in Mahogany Homes, the Plank Sack counter does not subtract when performing build actions. Build actions subtract properly when building inside the Player Owned Home.
