[Plank Sack] Mahog Homes hat stand in Larry's house plank needs are incorrect

This issue is for the external plugin: Plank Sack Plugin version: 1.3.1

Repairing the hat stand in Larry's house requires 1 plank. After repairing the plank is removed from the inventory but the sack counter also deducts one (without using any planks from the sack).

This actually appears to happen with repairing other hat stands too

I can't figure out the specific scenario that makes this happen but it can happen with all hat stands. Seems to be about a 10% chance of the bug appearing
