[User Mod] No Bypass End Block

As discussed with @moggieuk, here is a user mod to accomplish what I was trying to do.

You will also need to determine cad_last_gate_offset in addition to setting the bypass offset to 0. Can you verify that the MMU_CALIBRATE_SELECTOR works correctly with whatever values are determine is correct.

@moggieuk Fixed the values, can confirm selector calibration also works with that fix applied.
