filename is wrong - Filament_Blocks/Tag_Plates stl file names has wrong [a] for plate, and missing [a] for digits

currently the Filament_Blocks Tag_Plates stl file names are wrong. All digits file name has no [a] for accent color, but they should have [a]. And all the plate file name have a [a], however, it should be primary color, no [a] should be there. According to CAD file and document, all digits should be "red" in accent color, therefore, all digits files like Tag_plates_Digit0_x2 Tag_plates_Digit1_x2.stl etc should have [a].
