Facial Expression Recognition is not working in the WebGL Build

Hi, I'm using unity version 2023.2.3f1. The Facial Expression Recognition Example Scene works perfectly in the editor. but when I make the build then the camera starts but the facial recognition doesn't works. I have followed all the instructions provided in the doc and also followed the setup video but stills the build does not work.

I'm at OpenCV for Unity version 2.5.8.
