Remove the UITableView separator on the left side of the spacing.

    [self setSeparatorInsetZeroWithTableView:self.tableView];

    [self setSeparatorInsetWithTableView:self.tableView inset:UIEdgeInsetsMake(0, 8, 0, 8)];
