Discord Rich Presence is broken.

The Discord Rich Presence is broken and shows keywords and IDs instead of proper values >.>
(This might be related to missing name in Nomadic Tents dimension / Biome 👀?)
I can't remember when I saw the %player% keyword show up, and I can't reproduce it easily in the main menu... but I did saw it few times. Will report with screenshots of another issues when they appear 😄

Each tent gets its own dimension. They're differentiated by a guid from what I recall. Isn't that all this is showing? The dim name?
Very likely that it is, however sometimes it doesn't either replace the keywords or somewhere there is a malformed keyword ^^" Gonna try to catch when it's broken with keywords again, and if im not able to I will most likely close this.
