Amethyst Golem will harvest crystal clusters infinitely

When Amethyst Golem harvest Amethyst Clusters, the Clusters will not be digged, but the cluster still drop Amethyst Shard. So one crystal cluster can be harvested for infinite times without growing again. This applys to any kinds of crystal clusters, like Sulfur and Certus Quartz.

The method described in #600 also works here: "Allow any fake player" in FTBTeams' config menu Also like issue600, I think this bug still exists in E9-1.10.2

It does only happen in claimed chunks, yes. Due to the fake player setting, they're unable to pop off the cluster, however, they still generate the resources.

Yes, my test also shows that it only happens in claimed chunk:

I'm unsure if we can actually prevent that to be honest.

Ideally the fix would come from ars nouveau. Bailey is aware of the issue, but I think it was deemed too difficult to manage.

Personally, the stuff is free anyway. It gets absurd with the bug, but I don't think it's game breaking either.
