Mob Pathfinding Bug - Without PerViamInvenire

The mobs get stuck in place, sometimes jumping, but always spinning like crazy, I'd guess a pathfinding issue?
It appears to be a bug with PerViamInvenire (as stated here), but I'm opening this issue here too just to have a history of it and make sure we mark it as completed once it gets fixed, so that people know it was fixed

Though not often, I have run into this issue with PerViamInvenire removed from the modlist. It tends to happen (in my experience) mostly with Apotheotic bosses and mobs immediately surrounding them.
I was leaving this open since it had been reported to happen without PVI.
